Nature's Pantry ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This
policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the
rights you have over it.

Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email, shipping and billing address,
  phone number, and payment information when you place an order, create
  an account, subscribe to our emails, or contact customer service.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device
  information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected through
  cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your orders, including subscription orders.
- To communicate with you about your order, account, or customer
  service inquiries.
- To send marketing emails and, if you opt in, marketing text messages.
- To improve our website, products, and customer experience.
- To detect and prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information
We share your information only with service providers who help us run
our business — payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Shop Pay),
shipping carriers, our subscription platform (Loop), our email and SMS
marketing platform (Omnisend), and analytics providers. We do not sell
your personal information.

Marketing communications

Email
By providing your email address at checkout, in a signup form, or
through your account, you may receive marketing emails from us about
new products, promotions, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time
by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing
email, or by emailing info@shopnaturespantry.com. Transactional emails
(order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notices) will
continue regardless of marketing preferences.

SMS / Text messages
If you opt in to text messages — by checking an SMS consent box,
texting a keyword to our short code, or providing your phone number
in a designated SMS signup field — you agree to receive recurring
automated marketing text messages (such as cart reminders, promotions,
and product updates) from Nature's Pantry at the phone number provided.

- Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any
  purchase.
- Message frequency: up to approximately 4 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email
  info@shopnaturespantry.com.
- Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not
  liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your rights (California residents and others)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws, you
have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you.
- Request a copy of your personal information.
- Request that we delete your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do
  not sell personal information).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Children's privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly
