Return and Refund Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your
order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
How to start a return
Email info@shopnaturespantry.com with your order number and the reason
for return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label — returns are
free for customers in the contiguous United States.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and issue a refund to your
original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email
confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it
may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on
your statement.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of
delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you in
full — no return required.
Items not eligible for return
- Bulk foodservice items (40 lb buckets) — please contact us directly to
discuss any quality concerns.
- Products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in resalable
condition (except in cases of damage or defect).
- Final sale or clearance items, where marked.
