Welcome to shopnaturespantry.com, operated by Nature's Pantry. By
accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, to place an order.

Products and pricing
We do our best to display product details, pricing, and availability
accurately. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to limit
quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

Orders and payment
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method
for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. Orders are
not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an order
confirmation email.

Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS)

These Mobile Messaging Terms govern the text message program operated
by Nature's Pantry through our SMS platform, Omnisend. By opting in,
you agree to these terms.

Program description
Nature's Pantry sends recurring automated marketing text messages —
including new product announcements, promotions, abandoned cart
reminders, and subscription updates — to phone numbers that have
opted in to receive them.

How to opt in
You can opt in by:
- Checking the SMS consent box at checkout or in a signup form on
  shopnaturespantry.com.
- Texting a designated keyword to our short code, when offered.
- Providing your mobile number in a Nature's Pantry signup form
  marked for SMS.

By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you
own or are authorized to use the phone number provided, and that you
agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from
Nature's Pantry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency
You will receive up to approximately 4 messages per month. Frequency
may vary based on your interactions with us (for example, abandoned
cart reminders).

Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and
carrier. Nature's Pantry does not charge for the messages themselves,
but your carrier may.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any marketing text message to unsubscribe. You will
receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further
marketing texts unless you opt in again. You can also email
info@shopnaturespantry.com to be removed.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email
info@shopnaturespantry.com.

Supported carriers
We support major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon
Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket,
Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages.

SMS privacy
Your phone number and SMS interactions are handled in accordance with
our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with
third parties for their own marketing.

Email marketing
By providing your email address at checkout, in a signup form, or
through your account, you may receive marketing emails from us about
new products, promotions, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any
time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any
marketing email, or by emailing info@shopnaturespantry.com.
Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates,
subscription notices) will continue regardless of marketing
preferences.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product names, photos, logos,
text, and graphics — is owned by Nature's Pantry or our licensors and
is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or
use any content without our written permission.

User conduct
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or in a way
that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

Disclaimers
Our products are sold "as is." We make no warranties beyond those
required by law. Statements about our products have not been evaluated
by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent
any disease.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature's Pantry is not liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited
to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be
resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site
after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
