Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from our facility in Paramount, California — to all
50 U.S. states and to most international destinations.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed
on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited options available at checkout
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and
the size and weight of your order.
International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and rates vary by
destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Standard international: typically 7–21 business days, depending on
destination and customs processing

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and
customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are
the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the
product price or shipping cost at checkout. Please check with your
local customs office for an estimate before ordering.
If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, any return shipping,
duties, or destruction fees will be deducted from your refund.
Restricted destinations
Some countries restrict the import of food products, including sea
salt and electrolyte mixes. It is the customer's responsibility to
confirm that our products can be legally imported to your country
before placing an order. If a shipment is rejected at customs for
this reason, we are not able to issue a refund for the product or
shipping costs.
Glass shaker products
Glass shaker SKUs are wrapped and packed for safe transit. If your
glass item arrives damaged, contact info@shopnaturespantry.com within
7 days with a photo and we'll replace it. For international glass
shipments, please allow extra time for replacement transit.
40 lb foodservice buckets
Bulk buckets ship via freight or LTL carrier and require a longer
delivery window. International bulk orders are quoted separately.
Please contact sales@shopnaturespantry.com before placing a bulk
order so we can quote shipping accurately.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
International tracking visibility may be limited once a package
leaves the United States, depending on the destination country's
postal system.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check
with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us. For
packages lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier and either
refund or reship at no cost to you.
International packages can occasionally be delayed in customs for
extended periods — we ask for your patience before declaring a
package lost, as most delayed shipments do eventually arrive.
How to start a return
Email info@shopnaturespantry.com with your order number and the
reason for return.
- U.S. customers: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Returns are free for customers in the contiguous United States.
- International customers: You're responsible for return shipping
costs and any applicable duties. We'll provide return instructions
when you contact us.
